A few weeks ago I read some comments by James MacDonald on the Emerging Church movement on the Walk in the Word website.
Not something I know a lot about, but today I discovered the same article, split into two parts, published on the Christianity Today blog Out of Ur :
tt’s interesting is that it has attracted quite a bit of comment from people. The response to the first half was mostly negative, and suggested that he has misrepresented the emerging church movement. To his credit, I think, he has posted further comments on the blog responding to some of these criticisms.
The second half has only been up a couple of days, but so far the comments are much more positive.
It’s also interesting to me that a number of other blogs have picked up his remarks -
